If you're reporting a sound problem — a click, a dropout, a level that seems wrong — it helps enormously to say roughly when it happened (how many minutes into a session), what was playing, whether you were on wired or Bluetooth headphones, and whether the phone was locked.

Which headphones should I use?

Any earbuds or headphones. The sound is binaural — placed around you in three dimensions — so it only works properly through headphones, not a speaker.

Does it keep playing with the screen locked?

Yes. Set a session length and a fade-out, press Start, and lock the phone.

Does it need an internet connection?

No. Everything is on the phone. It runs with Wi-Fi and cellular off, and it never connects to anything.

Where are my presets?

In the Files app, under On My iPhone › DakiniSpace › Presets. They're ordinary files; you can back them up or AirDrop one to a friend.

How do I install a sound pack?

Put the .bongpack file in On My iPhone › DakiniSpace › SoundPacks (or anywhere in Files), then use install in the app and choose it.

Some sounds have disappeared from the picker.

You've removed them — nothing is deleted. Open the picker and choose Add from library… to bring any of them back.
